Batching Release in Portal Pushed to October 27, 2022
The Program Administrator previously announced that batching functionality in the portal was to be released on October 20, 2022. Due to ongoing development and to allow for more time to troubleshoot any remaining Part I application submission issues, the release of batching functionality in the new portal will now occur on October 27, 2022, with more information to follow. Technical documentation will be provided by the Program Administrator to stakeholders in support of the batching release, and extended office hours to support batching, originally scheduled for October 20 and 21, will now be offered at the following times:
Traditional Community Solar Informational Webinar
In support of the November 1, 2022 re-opening of project application acceptance for Traditional Community Solar, the Agency recently issued Final Project Selection Guidelines & Rationale documents for Traditional Community Solar Project Selection. On Monday, October 24, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CT, the Agency and Program Administrator will hold a Traditional Community Solar Informational Webinar for stakeholders, sharing information about the portal processes and support available from the Program Administrator to submit applications, as well as information from the Agency about project evaluation, scoring, and selection. Stakeholders will have opportunity to ask questions, and we look forward to sharing information with stakeholders and supporting this important area of the Illinois Shines Adjustable Block Program. Portal Updates at Program Website
Beginning this week, the Program Administrator will provide regular updates on the Program portal at the Program website, https://illinoisshines.com/portal-updates/ , including updates on portal functionality, fixes to known issues, updates to the user interface, updated Program documents, and technical support documentation, among other information.As always, stakeholders are encouraged to contact the Program Administrator with any questions at  or 877-783-1820
