Pursuant to its September 1 announcement, the Agency released a Traditional Community Solar Project Selection Strawman Proposal, including a Proposed Approach to rank-ordering traditional community solar project applications submitted on the same day, should project applications received first day (or any subsequent day’s) applications exceed category capacity.
