Portal Outage
As users may have noticed, access to the ABP Portal was temporarily suspended the evening of July 7, 2022. The Program Administrator became aware of an unintentional disclosure form misconfiguration related to user permissions that may have allowed some authenticated users to view in-progress Disclosure Form data for customers linked to other users. When this was reported, the Program Administrator immediately suspended access to the Portal in order to investigate the reported concern and determine the impact. We apologize for the unexpected downtime of the Portal, as security is important to us and are working urgently to restore access to the ABP Portal. The Program Administration team anticipates resolving the misconfiguration and restoring access to the ABP Portal by July 14, 2022, and will provide an update if that target changes.

Disclosure Form Timing Requirement
For the duration of the time that Disclosure Forms remain unavailable to Approved Vendors and their Designees, the Agency will grant leniency for the Program requirement that the Disclosure Form must be executed prior to the customer contract/agreement for sales that occurred during this time. This will be temporary and limited to days when Disclosure Forms were not available. Details on this will be provided in the Program’s weekly announcement coming out later today.

Once Disclosure Forms are fully available in the ABP Portal, the Program requirement that the Disclosure Form must be executed prior to the customer contract/agreement for sales will once again be in effect.
