Updated Program Guidebook

The Program Administrator announces the release of a revised version of the Program Guidebook. Modifications to the Guidebook were guided by several stakeholder feedback processes, which were held in response to the passage of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662).

The revised Program Guidebook has been updated from the June 4, 2021 version. It contains numerous updates including, but not limited to, clarifications on:

  • Equity Eligible Contractor registration
  • Part I Application updates
  • New block categories, sizes, and pricing
  • Prevailing wage requirements
  • Revised REC contracts

A redline comparison between the June 4, 2021 and December 10, 2021 versions of the Guidebook is also available on the Adjustable Block Program website.

Reopening Webinar
