In advance of the ABP reopening on December 14, 2021, the Program Administrator plans to release an updated Program Guidebook by December 10, 2021, to communicate various Program changes due to the enactment of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662).
As previously announced, the Program Administrator will host a webinar on December 13, 2021, to highlight updates to the Program Guidebook and the portal upon reopening. Updates to be covered during the webinar include the following:
- Equity Eligible Contractor registration
- Part I Application updates
- Waitlisted projects
- New block categories, sizes, and pricing
- Prevailing wage
- New REC contracts
- Capacity allocations for waitlisted Traditional Community Solar applications
