On Tuesday, November 23, 2021, the Program Administrator sent notice via email to all Approved Vendors with projects on the Small DG and Large DG waitlists regarding updated REC pricing and prevailing wage requirements that stem from the passage of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662).
This notice included a deadline of Thursday, December 9, 2021 to respond to the Program Administrator acknowledging the new pricing and prevailing wage requirements for waitlisted projects and/or withdrawing any projects.
