Second Draft REC Contract Workshop

On September, 11, the Illinois Power Agency, in conjunction with NERA Economic Consulting and the Adjustable Block Program Administrator, InClime, held a Virtual Stakeholder Workshop to discuss the Second Draft of the Refreshed REC Contract that was posted on September 4, 2020 alongside a request for stakeholder comments.
