The community solar consumer protection and marketing guidelines draft documents have been published. The Illinois Power Agency and the Adjustable Block Program Program Administrator will hold a stakeholder meeting on November 30, 2018 to discuss these documents. - Draft Community Solar Disclosure Form: This form gives consumers considering subscribing to a community solar project clear information about the transaction.
- Draft Community Solar Brochure: This document is the draft text of the brochure that Approved Vendors will be required to provide to consumers considering subscribing to a community solar project. This is the text only, the actual brochure format will be developed after the text is complete.
