The Adjustable Block Program was established by the Future Energy Jobs Act to support the development of new photovoltaic distributed generation and community solar projects in Illinois. Program capacity for project applications has been filled. Distributed Generation and Community Solar project applications submitted to the Adjustable Block Program are now being added to waitlists for the applicable project category. Subscriptions to Community Solar projects remain open.

The Illinois Adjustable Block Program supports the development of new photovoltaic distributed generation systems and new photovoltaic community renewable generation projects in Illinois through the purchase of Renewable Energy  Credits.

Approved Vendor Information
