Illinois Adjustable Block Program

The Adjustable Block Program was established by the Future Energy Jobs Act to support the development of new photovoltaic distributed generation and community solar projects in Illinois.

This state-administered solar incentive program opened for applications on January 31, 2019 and was significantly expanded through the enactment of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662). The Program was developed, and is managed by, the Illinois Power Agency, and is administered through its third-party Program Administrator, Energy Solutions.
