Final Adjustable Block Program Lottery Procedure Document Posted

The Final Lottery Procedure Document for the initial opening of the Adjustable Block Program has been released by the IPA and the Program Administrator. An additional explanatory document providing guidance on certain decisions made by the IPA and the Program Administrator regarding the lottery process can be downloaded here. The IPA and the Program Administrator appreciate all of the stakeholder comments and feedback we have received through the two comment periods held in September and November. Comments on the draft procedure for the Block 1 Lottery are due by 5 PM CDT on Friday, September 28. Comments can be submitted to the Program Administrator by email at comments@illinoisabp.com. All comments received will be made publicly available unless the commenter specifically requests confidential treatment and submits a confidential and redacted version.

Lottery Stakeholder Process

The draft procedure for the Block 1 lottery, should a lottery be required for any group/category, can now be downloaded here. The program Administrator will be taking comments on this proposal by email at comments@illinoisabp.com from now until 5:00 CDT on Friday, Sep 28th.

A stakeholder webinar will be held at 1:00 PM CDT on Monday, Sep 17th, for any stakeholder wishing to ask questions or discuss the proposal with Illinois Power Agency and Administrator staff. The webinar can be accessed here.  Alternately, participants can call into the conference line at 312-702-1380 using PIN 366996# to listen to audio of the call. Users must be logged into the webinar to ask question, or can email questions for discussion prior to the webinar.
