LOTTERY STRAWMAN PROPOSAL RELEASED (SEPTEMBER 10, 2018)

On September 10, 2018 the Block 1 Lottery Strawman Proposal was released to stakeholders for comment.

Lottery stakeholder webinar held  (September 17, 2018)

On September 17, 2018 a stakeholder webinar was held for the proposed Lottery procedures.

Lottery stakeholder comments due (September 28, 2018)

Stakeholder comments were due by 5:00 PM CDT on Friday, September 28, 2018.  Comments were submitted to the Program Administrator by email at comments@illinoisabp.com and can now be viewed here.  

Lottery Stakeholder Comments Relating to specific areas of focus Due (October 17, 2018)

The Administrator posted a request for comments on specific areas of focus collected from the first round of comments and to solicit additional stakeholder feedback.  The deadline for the second round of comments was 5:00 PM CDT on October 17, 2018.  Comments were submitted to the Program Administrator by email at comments@illinoisabp.com and can now be viewed here

Lottery Procedure Released (November 28, 2018)

The Final Lottery Procedure Document for the initial opening of the Adjustable Block Program was released on November 28, 2018.  An additional explanatory document providing guidance on certain decisions made by the IPA and the Program Administrator regarding the lottery process can be downloaded here.

October 3, 2018 is the release date for the draft Approved Vendor registration requirements for stakeholder review and feedback.

Approved Vendor Stakeholder Meeting (October 10, 2018)

On October 10, 2018, the stakeholder meeting and webinar to discuss draft Approved Vendor registration requirements, consumer protection guidelines, and marketing guidelines was held from 1:00 – 5:00 PM CDT in Chicago, Illinois.  A copy of the webinar presentation is available here.

Comments on the proposed Approved Vendor registration requirements were due October 19, 2018 and can be found here.

Approved Vendor requirements posted (October 31, 2018)

The Final Approved Vendor Requirements were posted on October 31st, 2018.

Approved Vendor application Portal opens (November 1, 2018)

The Approved Vendor registration portal is now open to begin receiving applications. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

The final version of Final Guidelines for Marketing Material and Marketing Behavior were published on November 27, 2018.

Distributed generation disclosure forms published (December 7, 2018) – Tentative

The final version of distributed generation disclosure forms are tentatively scheduled to be posted on December 7, 2018.

Community Solar consumer protection and marketing guidelines published (December 21, 2018) – tentative

Final community solar consumer protection and marketing guidelines will be published and posted to the Illinois ABP website on December 21, 2018.

Program Guide
draft Program guidebook published for stakeholder comments (November 28, 2018)

The draft version of the Illinois Adjustable Block Program Draft Guidebook was published on November 28, 2018.  The document covers topics not included in the Approved Vendor registration requirements and consumer protection/marketing guidelines; these include system eligibility, project application process, renewable energy credit management, Approved Vendor annual reporting requirements, and more.

The final Program Guide will be published on the Adjustable Block Program website on January 4, 2019.

REC Contract
DRAFT REC contract PUBLISHED FOR STAKEHOLDER COMMENTS (december 7, 2018)

The Illinois Adjustable Block Program Draft REC Contract was published on December 7, 2018.   The DRAFT REC Contract is proposed to be the standard contract form for the Adjustable Block Program between each Approved Vendor and Ameren Illinois Company (“AIC”), Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) or MidAmerican Energy Company (“MEC”). 

Draft REC contract STAKEHOLDER COMMENTS DUE (DECEMBER 19, 2018)

The deadline for stakeholders to provide comments on the Draft REC Contract is 12 PM (Noon) Central Prevailing Time (“CPT”) on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.  Comments may be submitted via email to comments@illinoisabp.com. 

Application Submission
Application portal will be opened for approved vendors to submit project applications (January 15, 2019)

On January 15, 2019, applications will begin to be accepted for distributed generation and community solar projects from Approved Vendors.
