As a result of the ICC’s approval of the IPA’s Revised Long-Term Plan on February 18, 2020, changes to the Adjustable Block Program application batching process are required. The Program Administrator seeks feedback on options for implementing this new batching process. Additional details can be found in the request for comment document.
