The Illinois Adjustable Block Program opened for project applications on January 30, 2019 at 9:00 AM CST. The volume of project applications received for each block in the program are available on the Illinois Adjustable Block Program website dashboard. The dashboard shows megawatt capacity of each block broken down by submission and review status. The dashboard is updated every evening.
To be included in the Block 1 lottery applications must be in by 12:00 PM CST on February 13, 2019. All application fees should be submitted prior to this time if a project is to be considered for the Block 1 lottery.
